The Cost, Quality and Employ modules complement the basic products.

With the Cost module, cost rates can be assigned to individual processes or machine hours to estimate the cost of a production. Preliminary costing with Cost allows you to calculate the cost of different production possibilities. Final costing with Cost checks the preliminary costs on the basis of the real-time production and consumption data of an order accrued during production.

Quality is a module for handling quality management during the printing process. With reference to productions planned in V.I.P. dispo, a differentiated evaluation can be made of the printing quality, adherence to delivery dates and customer satisfaction for each order. On the basis of a weighted average of all the criteria, an easily comparable quality index can e.g. be created for each production.

The additional V.I.P. module Employ complements V.I.P. in the field of

personnel planning. All the personnel requirements for the respective processes can be stored here. Employ then automatically calculates the staff requirements for each planned production on the basis of this data. After this, the exact personnel requirements, or a surplus or shortage of personnel, are calculated by means of shift schedules.
