V.I.P. dispo is the central interface for all customers and order data and for production and resource planning in the newspaper production workflow.

The program computes the technical production possibilities, availability of resources (personnel/machinery) and checks the most economical option. In a planning process like this, there are a number of dependencies that have to be taken into account. This computation is performed by V.I.P. dispo, which then generates and visualizes the production plan.

When planning has been completed, the relevant information is forwarded to the different production areas and departments via standard interfaces.
